This disclaimer applies to trafficmaxxing.ai, TrafficMaxxing OS, the One-Click Editor, add-ons, our workshops and everything we post about them. TrafficMaxxing is run by Lombardo Real Estate LLC, doing business as TrafficMaxxing.
No guarantees
We don't guarantee any result. We don't promise reach, views, followers, leads, sales, revenue or income. Making content takes effort, and it can reach few people or many. TrafficMaxxing is a set of tools. It does not do your marketing for you.
Individual results vary
What you get depends on your effort, your niche, your offer, your skill, your consistency, the platforms, and luck. Most of what happens after you post is outside our control. We haven't measured an average result for customers yet, so we can't tell you what is typical. Please don't assume you will get what anyone in an example or testimonial got.
About the time estimate
When we talk about time saved, this is the math behind it: about 60 minutes a week turns into a full month of content. That is about 10 minutes per video, times 6 videos per session. It assumes you record, review and approve, and that your sessions go as planned. Your time will depend on how long you record, how much you change, and how many videos you make. It is an estimate, not a promise.
Examples and numbers we share
- Numbers from Steph's own accounts, such as views or reach, are results from her own content over the dates shown. They are not customer averages.
- Examples of how many posts or videos the system made in a period come from specific runs. They show what happened, not what you will get.
- Where we say a business reported an output, that is what they reported to us, including their own planning and review work.
Testimonials and reviews
Testimonials are real experiences of the people quoted, shared with their permission. They are their results, not typical results. Some testimonials come from people who got free or early (beta) access, or who tested TrafficMaxxing before it was sold in its current form. When that applies, we say so near the testimonial or here. We don't pay for positive reviews, and we don't write testimonials for customers.
AI can be wrong
TrafficMaxxing uses AI, which can make mistakes, make things up, copy phrasing, or miss the tone of your brand. You must review and approve everything before it goes out. You are responsible for what you publish, including claims and compliance with platform rules and the laws that apply to your business and industry.

Other companies' services
TrafficMaxxing depends on services we don't control, such as Claude, social platforms, publishing tools and Zoom. They can change their rules, prices and features, and that can affect your results. Each one has its own terms.
