TRAFFICMAXXING · LEGAL
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information TrafficMaxxing collects, why, who we share it with, and what choices you have. It covers trafficmaxxing.ai, the TrafficMaxxing OS hosted portal, our live workshops, our emails, and the downloadable One-Click Editor and add-ons.
TrafficMaxxing is run by Lombardo Real Estate LLC, doing business as TrafficMaxxing ("we," "us"). We plan to move TrafficMaxxing to a new company, TMOS LLC. When that happens, this policy and your information transfer to TMOS LLC and we'll tell you by email.
Contact: [email protected]. Our mailing address is available on request by email.
1. The short version
- We collect what we need to sell, run and support TrafficMaxxing.
- Your videos, audio, transcripts and brand information are yours. We only use them to run the service for you.
- We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it for advertising. There are no ad pixels on trafficmaxxing.ai.
- Face detection is used only to frame shots. We don't create or keep face or voice templates to identify anyone. Speech is turned into text on our server.
- When your account ends, you can export your content for 30 days. We delete it within 90 days after your account ends.
- You can ask for access, correction or deletion any time. See Data Requests.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Sign-up and purchase information: your name, email, and billing details. Card details are handled by our payment providers (Stripe and GoHighLevel). We don't see or store your full card number.
- Workshop sign-ups: your first name and email.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, in Skool, or in the portal's feedback and support tools.
- Your workspace content (hosted portal): videos, audio, voice notes, transcripts, brand information, scripts, captions, posts, settings, approvals and notes you add. This may include information about other people, such as people who appear in your videos. You decide what to upload.
- Account records: your agreement to our terms and to renewal (date, time, the wording shown, and the version), and your refund and support history.
Information from connections you set up
- Claude: you sign in to Claude on Anthropic's own sign-in page. The sign-in token that comes back is stored inside your own workspace so Claude Code can run there for you. We don't use it for anything else and never use it for another customer.
- Publishing tools and other connectors (Blotato or another tool, Google Drive and similar): we store the connection details needed to do what you asked, and the content that tool returns, such as post status.
Information collected automatically
- Portal: your IP address, browser type, time of use, which jobs ran, error logs, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.
- trafficmaxxing.ai: page views and basic technical data through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
- Workshop sign-up form: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is signing up. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser (such as IP address and browser details) for that check only.
- Email: whether marketing emails were delivered, opened or clicked.
We do not collect your precise location. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information about you. If your videos contain sensitive information about people (for example health information), that is your content, and you are responsible for having permission to use it.
3. Faces and voices
- To crop or zoom a shot, the editor either uses a fixed crop position or detects where a face is in the frame. It doesn't recognize or identify anyone.
- We don't create, store or compare face templates or voiceprints. We don't use face or voice data to identify people.
- Speech is transcribed to text by software running on our server. We don't send your audio to a separate transcription company. We don't identify speakers by voice.
- Because we create no biometric templates, we keep none.
- You must have permission from everyone who appears or speaks in your videos (see our Terms).
4. How we use information
- To provide the service: host your workspace, edit, transcribe, plan, draft and publish what you ask for.
- To take payments, deliver downloads and manage renewals and refunds.
- To support you, answer questions and fix problems.
- To send you product and service emails (access links, receipts, renewal notices, security notices, changes to terms).
- To send marketing emails and workshop reminders, if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and follow the law.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We don't use your content to train AI models. We don't use your content for advertising.
5. Where your content goes (AI)
To do the editing, your own Claude Code reads your transcripts and text, and sometimes still frames from your videos. That goes to Anthropic under your own Claude account. Anthropic's terms and privacy policy apply to that use. We don't send your content to any other AI company. If we ever add one, we will list it here first and email you.
6. Who we share information with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers below, so they can do their job for us, and as described in section 7.
| Service | What it does for us | What it can see |
|---|---|---|
| Hostinger (servers in the United States) | Hosts the portal and your workspace | Your workspace content and account data, stored on the server |
| Cloudflare | Secure connection to the portals, DNS, hosting and cookie-free analytics for trafficmaxxing.ai | Traffic to the site and portals, IP addresses |
| Anthropic (through your own Claude account) | Runs Claude, which does the AI work | The text, transcripts and frames Claude reads in your jobs, under your own account |
| Stripe | Payments for TrafficMaxxing OS | Name, email, payment details, purchase records |
| GoHighLevel | Checkout and order records for the One-Click Editor and add-ons, and our customer records | Name, email, order details |
| Kit | Email list, workshop sign-ups, marketing emails, delivery emails for downloads | Name, email, email activity |
| Zoom | Live workshops | Name, email, and what you share in the session |
| Skool | Our Skool communities | Your Skool account details and posts, under Skool's own policy |
| Zapier | Moves sign-up and purchase details between the tools above | Name, email, purchase details |
| Google (Gmail and Google Workspace) | Our business email, used to send some account emails and answer your messages | Your email address and our messages with you |
| Calendly | Booking calls | Name, email, what you enter |
| Google Fonts | Loads the fonts on our site | Your IP address, when the page loads |
The services you connect yourself, such as Blotato or another publishing tool, Google Drive, and your social platforms, are not our providers. They work under your own account and their own terms. When you tell the portal to publish, it sends the approved content to the tool you connected.
If we add a service that handles your content, we'll update this list before we start.
7. Other times we share information
- Legal and safety. If the law requires it, or to protect our rights, other people or the service.
- Business transfer. If we move TrafficMaxxing to TMOS LLC or sell or merge the business, your information moves with it, under this policy.
- With your direction. When you ask us to, for example by connecting a tool.
8. Cookies and similar tools
On trafficmaxxing.ai we use no advertising or tracking pixels. The portal uses only a session cookie that keeps you signed in. Our workshop pop-up stores a small note on your device so it doesn't keep appearing. See our Cookie Notice. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do no advertising tracking here, there is nothing to turn off, but we treat the signal as an opt-out request anyway.
9. Email
We send two kinds of email. Marketing email (workshop reminders, newsletters, offers) always has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it quickly. Product and service email (access links, receipts, renewal notices, security notices, changes to terms) is sent separately and you can't unsubscribe from it while you have an account. Consent to marketing is never a condition of buying.
10. How long we keep information
- Workspace data: while your account is active.
- After your account ends: you can export your content for 30 days. We delete your workspace data within 90 days after your account ends. Backups roll off within 7 days after that.
- Records we must keep: payment, tax and legal records, and proof of your consent to our terms and to renewal, for as long as the law or a dispute requires.
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. After you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record so we don't email you again.
- Backups and recovery copies: held on our server, and for a short time on our own secured computers when we move or upgrade servers. They are deleted on the schedule above.
11. Security
We use reasonable steps to protect your information. Each customer's workspace is kept separate, connections to the portal are encrypted in transit, the server is behind a firewall, and access to it is limited. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't promise it. If there is a security incident that affects your information, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires, including under South Carolina law.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- move it (get it in a portable form);
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling (we do none of these on TrafficMaxxing);
- limit use of sensitive personal information (we don't use it beyond providing the service);
- withdraw consent you gave us; and
- appeal if we say no.
We won't treat you worse for using your rights.
How to ask: see Data Requests or email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. Where state law allows more time, we may take up to 45 days and will tell you why. We may need to confirm it's really you. You can use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof they act for you.
Appeals: if we deny a request, reply to our message with the word "Appeal" and we'll have it re-reviewed and answer within 45 days. If you still disagree, you may contact your state attorney general.
Customers' own contacts. If your content includes information about your clients or guests and one of them asks us about it, we'll point them to you. You decide what to do with their request.
13. California and other U.S. states
We don't sell personal information. We don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that need an opt-out. In the past 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information (purchases), internet activity (site use), the content you upload, and account records. We kept them for the reasons in section 4, and shared them only with the providers in section 6.
14. International customers (EU and UK)
TrafficMaxxing is built for customers in the United States. If you use it from the EU, the UK or somewhere else with a data protection law, here is how it works.
- Our role. For your account, purchase and marketing information, we decide how it is used, so we are the controller. For the content you put in your workspace, you decide what goes in and why, so you are the controller and we process it for you on your instructions. If you need a data processing agreement, email us.
- Why we use information. To carry out our contract with you; to follow the law; for our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the service and communicating with customers; and with your consent where we ask for it (for example, marketing email). You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Transfers. We are in the United States and your information is processed there. By using the service, you understand it is sent to the U.S. to carry out our contract with you. Where our providers offer standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards, they apply.
- Your rights. You have the rights in section 12, plus the right to restrict or object to processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
- Who to ask. Email [email protected].
15. Children
TrafficMaxxing is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it. Don't upload video of children under 18 unless a parent or guardian has agreed.
16. Links to other sites
Our site and portal link to other sites and tools we don't control. Their policies apply there.
17. Changes
We may update this policy. For material changes, we'll email you or post a notice in your portal. The date at the top shows the latest version.
