Data Requests
This page explains how to ask TrafficMaxxing for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. TrafficMaxxing is run by Lombardo Real Estate LLC, doing business as TrafficMaxxing. See also our Privacy Policy.
What you can ask for
- Access: a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: fix information that is wrong.
- Deletion: delete your personal information, and your workspace if you have one.
- Export: your content (videos, captions, scripts, brand files) in a usable form.
- Stop marketing: stop marketing emails. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Opt out and limits: opt out of sale or sharing, targeted ads or profiling. We do none of these on TrafficMaxxing, and we'll confirm that in writing if you ask.
- Withdraw consent you gave us.
- Appeal a decision on a request.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data request."
Tell us:
- Your name and the email you used with us.
- What you want (access, correction, deletion, export, or something else).
- Anything that helps us find your records, such as your portal address.
You can also ask us to send the request form by mail. Our mailing address is available on request by email.
Proving it's you
We need to be sure we're giving your information to you. We'll usually ask you to reply from the email address on your account, and may ask one or two simple questions about your account. We won't ask for a government ID unless there is no other way. For deletion of a workspace, we'll ask you to confirm by email because it can't be undone.
Using an agent
You can have an authorized agent make a request for you. We'll ask for proof that you gave them permission, and we may still confirm with you directly.
What we do
- Within 10 business days, we confirm that we got your request.
- Within 30 days, we answer. Where state law allows more time, we may take up to 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why before the 30 days are up.
- We do the work for free. If a request is clearly excessive or repeated, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline, and we'll tell you why.
When you ask us to delete
- If you have a hosted portal, we delete your workspace and your account data. First, we'll make sure you've had the chance to export your content.
- Backups roll off within 7 days after deletion.
- Some records we must keep, such as payment and tax records and proof of your consent to our terms and to renewal. We'll tell you what we're keeping and why.
- If you ask to delete your marketing information, we'll keep a minimal record of your email so we don't email you again.
- Deleting your workspace ends your hosted access. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
- If your account is ending anyway, our usual schedule is: 30 days to export, then deletion within 90 days after your account ends.
If you aren't happy with the answer
Reply to our message with the word "Appeal." We'll have it looked at again and answer within 45 days. If you still disagree, you may contact your state attorney general or, if you are in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.
Information about other people
If your workspace includes information about other people, such as clients or guests in your videos, you decide what to do with it. If one of them contacts us, we'll point them to you.
